Silver Miners Have Outrun Silver Since 2020
Since March 2020, silver has returned about 402%. The silver miners returned 445%.
That gap is the leverage our research team focuses on. When silver rises, a producer's net asset value can rise much faster, and share prices tend to follow. It works in both directions, and a mine is only as good as the company running it.
The Ultimate Silver Playbook shows how the team separates the miners worth owning from the rest, and which silver stocks are on its watchlist now. It's free.

Denton County Commits $40 Million to Help Homebuyers

Commissioners moved the county's 2026 housing bond allocation to a state program that could reach about 132 families.
On Tuesday, October 20, Denton County Commissioners approved sending the county's 2026 private activity bond allocation, worth $40 million, to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. The county's Housing Finance Corporation made the transfer so that buyers can use the state's existing homeownership program instead of a separate county lending effort.
Qualified buyers can get a low-interest 30-year mortgage along with help on down payments and closing costs. The county expects the money to deliver nearly $1.4 million in down payment assistance and help roughly 132 families. Since January 2025, the program has supported 49 mortgages totaling about $15 million in Denton County. County Judge Andy Eads said the county takes on no new debt.
Eligibility rules and applications run through the state. Details are at welcomehome.tdhca.texas.gov.

Lewisville High Farmers Visit Flower Mound Friday Night
The Farmers sit alone atop District 5-6A at 4-0 and now face a Flower Mound team that has already beaten Hebron this season.
Lewisville High rolled past Hebron last Friday to stay unbeaten in district play, and coverage from Star Local Media says the Farmers have won their four district games by an average of about 33 points. That puts them at the top of the 5-6A standings heading into the second half of the district schedule.
Friday's trip to Flower Mound is a stiffer test, and the Farmers will look to extend their district lead on the road.
